Do you take custom orders? Of course custom orders are possible. You can order custom pieces to be created in our costume workshops by our qualified staff. If you need larger quantities, we can offer more affordable customization options.
Are the deposit and rent for the costumes to be paid directly upon pick up? There are different ways of payment. We clarify the terms of payment with you individually when placing your order.
Can you send us pictures of the costumes? Customers who do not have the chance to select costume on site with us can instruct us in the selection of the costumes. We will then send you photos. Please understand that this service is subject to a charge and is time intensive, as we select the costumes for each customer individually.
Can I take photographs in the collection? Photographing of the collection and our costumes is only allowed after consultation and approval from our management.
Do you have a catalogue? We do not have a catalogue. Our range is constantly being updated - 10 million costumes and accessories are beyond any cataloguing process. We gladly advise you personally - on-site or on the phone.
Can I rent costumes as a private person? Private customers are also welcome. Please be sure to make an appointment by phone. This way, you avoid delays and can we can advise you to our best ability.
Can one simply come by? Better not! We ask that you make an appointment in advance. It is in your best interest, in order to avoid unnecessary waiting. Upon request we will gladly schedule a fitting for you.
